Some dishes from One Market - really yummy fish with housemade lardo, peas, chicharones and a foie and pigs head terrine with smoked tongue and apricot salad.

Hi love, had a fun night tonight - it was eastern standard's 6 yr anniversary (crazy!) and I went with rachel and denis and a couple of her friends that were in town. Saw a bunch of people there: bergin and louie, bauers and bekah, and rich - I introduced myself (though I think he knew who I was) and told him you missed him :)

Men Tei today! Went out, got my errands done, enjoyed the sun, did a bit of shopping and finished it up with some eel...YUM.

New dessert to go on soon...maple sponge cake, fresh + dehy strawberries, graham cracker crumbs, lemon balm and white asparagus ice cream.

We made it! No end of the world - time to celebrate!
